Scientifically research work of students
Komarova V.V.

The development of modern society led to the changing demands of training, among them - the requirements of professional creative, proactive, which has organizational skills and the ability to introduction of new achievements of scientific thought. An essential condition for the fulfillment of this requirement is a broad involvement of university students to research, direct inclusion within the scope of their academic life. Of course, the research activity of students is one of the most important means of improving the quality of training and education of bachelors and masters; and one of the priority tasks and successfully performed in VPO "Moscow State University of Law In the name of OE Kutafin (MSLA)." High quality education, recognized by the scientific community, the results of basic and applied research, high domestic and international university rankings - the main directions of higher education policy in the implementation of the principles of the Bologna Declaration[1].

Speaking of motivating young people to scientific creativity, there are several directions. First, it is working with undergraduate students, future potential and graduate students of Magistracy, to ensure their participation in the scientific and practical youth activities, including student government. An example may be operating in the Moscow State Law Academy Student Association and Student Council of the Institute; Student Scientific Society, cathedral and other scientific circles. The Institute conducts annual scientific student conferences. Note that the priority motivation for the research work of students can be not only material, but also the promotion of the intangible (certificates, commendation at the meetings of the Academic Council of Moscow State Law Academy and departments, participation in Russian and international conferences and internships, and so on. D.).

Secondly, the development and strengthening of a system of mentoring, based on close collaboration with graduate students and experienced scientists. Continuity of generations is needed to stimulate scientific thinking of young people, as well as creating a positive scientific and educational climate in the team. As an example, the practice of scientific schools - in the MSLA they created about 20. So, the research team of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law recognized scientific school of Moscow State Law Academy "School of Russian constitutionalism.". Within the framework of teaching, teaching, scientific research work of the department employing the founders of scientific school. The students are studying their works on relevant topics within the scientific heritage of the followers carry out activities aimed at the development of the ideas of the founders and refraction of their scientific and theoretical developments in modern legal reality.

Another form of mentoring: joint work of students and teachers on the scientific portfolio, course, degree works[2]. Students in the course work using the elements of scientific research, preparing a review of the literature and develop proposals that contain elements of novelty relating to the work; summarizing best practices and so on. Problems of scientific research are reflected in the course work students must find their continuation in the research paper. Today, universities have the right to choose the form in which to hold state certification of the graduates - by conducting a comprehensive interdisciplinary examination or by public defense of final qualifying work (diploma). It is well known that in the thesis work should be a research search results, in this regard, I think, the practice of a public defense of the thesis in line with the priority research activities of students.

Thirdly, the involvement of students in solving urgent scientific problems, thereby increasing the importance of the work they do. Doing this direction possible organizational and financial methods: with the involvement of stakeholders (potential employers), participation in competitions (the implementation of which is financed by the budget and borrowed funds) and grants. University Students successfully participate in a competition for scholarships and grants to foreign governments, the passage of education and training abroad.

In the current situation, to the present time, when there is a large and well-developed network of various programs to support young scientists, to the fore the problem of awareness of students and scientists on grants specifically in their field of study. The solution to this problem seems to be most appropriate by organizing specialized Internet portals, collecting and classifying the relevant award, contests, grants and so on. In our opinion, it is advisable to creating online university updated directory of international competitions, grants and scholarships.
