THE ABANDONED AND PRODUCING WELLS CLEANUP, HAVING CALCULATED BY THE EXPLOSION
Turkin A.A.

In the process of the long - term water - intake and the oil - and - gas producing wells operation, the latter is often being failed, as a result of the open water supply or the oil - and - gas producing pipes' breakage: the clogging and the suffosion.

The non - exhausted wells with the steady influx still are being presented the commercial and the industrial interests, can be recovered with the minimal costs of the cleaning up, the washing and the removal of the fine - grained sand. One of these methods, we offer to your attention.

So, the proposal is related to the field of the oil, gas, and water extraction, and, in particular, to the cleanup methods of the abandoned and the operating and the producing wells.

Thus, the main task of the present proposal is practically to be created the cost - efficient and the reliable method of the wells' cleanup, having permitted to be extended the existing wells' life - span and also to be made up the abandoned ones reconstruction.

So, the technical result is practically expressed in the filtration coefficient further increase, the labor costs and the working hours for the method realization further reduce, and the wells' cleanup quality further improvement and their reliability.

The set object is practically achieved, that the special equipment is previously removed from the well, by means of its engagement with the increasing compression force in the purification process method and in the abandoned, and the operating and the producing wells, having involved the charges formation and their further destruction in the borehole. The charges formation is being produced by the calculation method, having based on the condition that the shock wave pressure at the explosion front is quite sufficient for the filter holes unclogging and also it is not resulted in the filter destruction. The sand blast is practically carried out at the depth of the filter bedding, and the clogging products are pumped out after the explosion.

This method is practically carried out by the following way.

The catcher is practically lowered down into the borehole, having allowed the equipment and the items to be carried out their capture, that are in the well, by the further increasing compression force effort, that it is eliminated the objects frustration, and it, moreover, is practically allowed to be dragged out the objects of any shape. The safety device with the already captured equipment is practically recovered to the surface. The charge - torpedoes are generated from the detonating cord, in which the detonating cord threads number is determined by the calculated method, by having taken into account the filter holes diameter and the shock wave pressure at the explosion front. So, the maximum pressure calculated data on the filters' walls have already been given in the Table No.1, corresponding to the tests' results in the operating and the producing wells in all the breeds and the rocks, and under the condition of the open shaft of the borehole and in the filters of the various designs. The torpedoes are lowered down into the well at the depth of the filter's bedding. Then, the charge subversion is practically carried out. It is being cleaned up from the filter clog and the near-filtering zone, as a result of the shock wave formation in several successive one after another compression waves of the pulsating hydro-stream alternating direction and the filtration flow with the large gradient. The resulting explosion mass is being pumping out by the hydro-pneumatic pump through of the vacuum ejection. The works on the wells' cleanup are being completed, upon receipt of the clear fluid in the well with no the suspended particles in the steady volume of the flow rate calculation.

Thus, the inventive cleanup method is practically allowed to be carried out the abandoned wells reconstruction and, moreover, to be extended the operating and the producing wells, by the filter cleanup and the near-filtering zone at the low economic costs and with the possibility of the equipment further use, having already lifted out of the well.
